CV19 Procedures

Due to the pandemic there will be changes in the way appointments are conducted. These are subject to change as the situation evolves. Please contact the clinic if you have any questions or concerns.

Administrative and Office Changes:

  1. I will be seeing only one patient at a time with 15 mins between appointment times to allow for proper disinfecting of the room.
  2. The waiting area will not be open. This will decrease the amount of surfaces that each patient comes into contact with.
  3. Please do not bring any guests or children to your appointment with you.

The Day of Your Appointment:

  1. If you are experiencing a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or loss of taste or smell please call to reschedule your appointment. If you do not have access to a thermometer, I will have a non-contact thermometer on hand at the clinic.
  2. Please arrive to the clinic at your scheduled time. The waiting area is closed to traffic.
    You will be required to wear a mask for the duration of the appointment. Scarves, bandanas or gaiters will not be permitted. I will masks for patients that do not have one. 
  3. At your appointed arrival time, I will come and get you from your car. You can text me at 515-868-1212 to let me know you have arrived. Please utilize the patient parking lot located on the south side of the building by the dentist office.
  4. When you get into the clinic please wash your hands and I will take you back to your treatment room
